Duty Free Stores of Zimbabwe holds a nationwide duty-free mandate and operates at the country's international gateways, in alignment with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ).

Licensing, customs and bonded-warehouse frameworks, concession terms and supply-chain design were completed before a single shelf was built.
