Which airports will you operate in?

Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport in Harare, and Victoria Falls International Airport. Harare is first; Victoria Falls follows as part of the national rollout.

Are the products genuine and brand-approved?

Yes. Duty Free Stores of Zimbabwe is the country's first 100% brand-approved duty-free operation. Every product is sourced through the brand owner or their authorised travel-retail channel — no parallel imports, no grey stock.

What can I buy?

Spirits and wines, perfumes and cosmetics, confectionery and gourmet, luxury goods and travel essentials — with genuine brands at transparent duty-free prices.

Who operates Duty Free Stores of Zimbabwe?

DFSZ is the licensed national duty-free operator and the Zimbabwe retail company of DFP World, a Dubai-based frontier duty-free group, with distribution handled within the group by Afrique DistriHub.

How is the pricing set?

Transparent duty-free pricing, run to international standards. No hidden mark-ups.

I'm a brand owner or airport authority — how do we work together?

We are a single licensed, compliant counterparty for duty-free retail at Zimbabwe's gateways, in alignment with ZIMRA and CAAZ. See For Brands & Partners, or contact our commercial team.

Can I shop online or reserve products?

Not at this stage. Duty-free retail takes place at the airport for departing and arriving international travellers.
